My time here in koh Tao is up. When you start realizing that the same songs are played night after night, the people you initially arrived with are long gone, and that the recycled pattern of customers are all just one massive blur to the staff – then you know it’s time to go.
I have been diving pretty much every day and it’s great fun. The only downside is the equipment cleaning after. And the early mornings. The morning dives leave at 0630!!!!!!
I have gotten to know some people I really click with, which is always nice. They have all already left or are leaving today as well. It’s always a bit sad but you can’t get stuck in the same place forever.
My time here is up, I’m not sure if I will come back. Koh Tao is the cheapest place in the world for doing your divers certificate, but other than that there isn’t a lot to do.
Tonight ill take a night boat+bus for 13 hours and head to the other side of Thailand for some more beaches and sunshine. The place I am going is meant to be really chilled out and with good rock climbing. I’ll definitely be looking in to that.
Off to railay beach I go!!!!!!!!
